3/4 cup spreadable cream cheddar
1/2 cup disintegrated blue cheddar
12 cuts lean store pastrami
12 dill pickle lances

In a little bowl, blend cream cheddar and blue cheddar until mixed. If vital, wipe pastrami and pickles off with paper towels.
Spread around 1 tablespoon cheddar combination over every pastrami cut; top with a pickle skewer. Roll up firmly. Cut each roll into 4 cuts. Refrigerate extras. Appreciate it!
