Asparagus and Tomato Skewers with Honey Mustard-Horseradish Sauce
Fixings
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup clover honey
3 tablespoons arranged horseradish, depleted
2 tablespoons finely hacked new mint leaves
Salt and newly ground dark pepper
1 16 ounces cherry tomatoes on the plant
Wooden sticks absorbed water
1 pound asparagus, managed

Preheat the barbecue. Whisk together the mustard, honey, horseradish and mint in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Let sit at room temperature for no less than 15 minutes to permit the flavors to merge.
String the tomatoes onto sticks and put them into a huge bowl. Add the asparagus and shower with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Put the tomatoes on the barbecue and cook until singed on the two sides. Barbecue the asparagus for around 2 minutes for every side. Put the vegetables on a platter and sprinkle them with the mustard sauce. Serve hot or at room temperature. Appreciate !
